In line with ofsted requirements, all staff, students and volunteers are carfully vetted prior to working in the nursey. This includes an enhanced CRB check, details of work history, a medical disclosure as well as refernces. All staff receive a detailed induction to the nursery and are well supervised. The ratio of staff to children, as set out in the statutory framework for the early years foundation stage is followed, with staff holding a suitable child care qualifications.
